Authors must register an account and log in to the journal’s online submission system to make a submission, track manuscript status, and communicate with the editorial office.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors must confirm that their submission complies with all of the following requirements. Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines will be returned to authors without entering the review process:

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it under consideration for publication in any other journal (or an explanation has been provided in the Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word format.
  3. All references include complete publication information, with accessible URLs/DOIs where available.
  4. The manuscript adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  5. The manuscript is prepared for double-blind peer review, with all author identifying information removed from the main text, figures, and document properties.

A complete cover letter is submitted as a separate file, with all required disclosures (preprint deposition, conference presentation, conflict of interest, etc.).

Author Guidelines

File Format: Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.

Language: All manuscripts must be written in clear, grammatically correct academic English (British/American English are both accepted, with consistent usage).

Blind Review: Manuscripts must be prepared for double-blind peer review, with all author identifying information (names, affiliations, funding acknowledgments with author names) removed from the main text, document properties, and figures.

Manuscript Template: All submissions must strictly follow the official JADEIA Manuscript Submission Template (click to download). All formatting details (heading levels, table/figure layout, equation numbering, reference style) are fully specified in the template.

Reference Style: References must be numbered consecutively in the order of citation in the text (in-text citations in square brackets, e.g., [1]), and formatted in full accordance with the style specified in the submission template.

Cover Letter: A separate cover letter is mandatory for all submissions, with required disclosures as specified in the submission system.
